I acknowledge that any Return to Play in-person practices, invitationals and competitions are closed to the general public and spectators will not be allowed. Only registered participants may attend. If the participant does not pass the COVID-19 screening or is showing symptoms of COVID-19, they will be required to leave the premises immediately.
